Discord Policies

These are our Discord rules that must be followed at all times. These rules are in-place to ensure all members have an enjoyable experience. Please ensure to read these before joining.

Any breach of Discord's Terms of Service may result in immediate disciplinary action, including a temporary or permanent ban from the server. The severity of the action taken will be determined based on the nature and seriousness of the violation.

1. Nicknames

Your server nickname must match your ROBLOX username to ensure members and staff can easily identify you.

You may include your callsign before your username, provided it is separated using a | (e.g. SC1 | Rice9820).

2. NSFW Content

The posting, sharing, or distribution of NSFW, graphic, explicit, or otherwise offensive content is strictly prohibited.

3. Spam

Do not spam channels with excessive messages, images, GIFs, emojis, stickers, or other repetitive content. This also includes intentionally flooding channels or disrupting conversations.

4. Pings & Mentions

Do not unnecessarily mention or ping VIPs, Management, the Board of Directors, or other staff members. Mentions should only be used where there is a legitimate reason.

5. Advertising

Advertising or promoting external Discord servers, Roblox communities, websites, social media pages, or any other external content without prior authorisation from Management is strictly prohibited.

6. Alternative Accounts

The use of alternative (alt) accounts is prohibited. Any member found using an alternate account to evade punishments or gain an unfair advantage may have all associated accounts permanently banned.

7. English Only

This is an English-speaking community. All public channels must remain in English to ensure conversations are accessible to all members.

8. Respect & Professionalism

Treat all members with respect. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, targeted abuse, or toxic behaviour will not be tolerated.

9. Profanity & Offensive Language

Excessive profanity, hate speech, racial slurs, discriminatory remarks, or offensive language directed towards other members is strictly prohibited.

10. Impersonation

Do not impersonate staff members, management, content creators, or any other individual. This includes usernames, nicknames, profile pictures, and misleading behaviour.

11. Personal Information

Do not share or request another person's personal or private information without their explicit consent. Respect the privacy of all community members.

12. Exploiting & Unauthorised Software

The use, promotion, or distribution of exploits, cheats, scripts, macros, or any unauthorised software that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

13. Staff Directions

Members must comply with reasonable instructions issued by staff members. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.

14. Appropriate Use of Channels

Use channels for their intended purpose and ensure discussions remain relevant to the designated topic.

15. Staff Decisions

Staff members have the final decision during moderation situations. If you believe a punishment or decision was issued incorrectly, you may submit an Internal Affairs ticket for review. Publicly arguing with staff regarding moderation decisions is not permitted.

Game Policies

These rules are designed to maintain a realistic, enjoyable, and fair roleplay environment for all members. Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, kicks, temporary suspensions, or permanent removal from the server depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.

1. Fail Roleplay (FRP)

All actions performed during roleplay must remain realistic and believable. Players are expected to roleplay injuries, vehicle collisions, medical treatment, and other scenarios appropriately.

2. Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)

Using a vehicle to intentionally damage, injure, or kill another player without valid roleplay justification is prohibited. Vehicles may only be used as weapons when there is a realistic and legitimate roleplay reason.

3. Random Deathmatch (RDM)

Players must not attack, injure, or kill another player without legitimate roleplay reasoning. Every act of violence must be supported by an active and realistic roleplay scenario.

4. Realistic Driving

All players are expected to operate vehicles realistically.

5. Meta Gaming

Using information obtained outside of roleplay to benefit yourself in-character is strictly prohibited.

Examples:

Discord voice channels
Live streams
Private messages
Information from friends who are not present in the roleplay

6. New Life Rule (NLR)

Upon your character's death, you may not return to the same roleplay scene or continue the previous scenario. Your character must forget all events leading up to their death.

7. Cop Baiting

Players may not intentionally provoke or entice law enforcement into unnecessary pursuits or interactions solely for entertainment.

8. Fear Roleplay (FRP)

Players must realistically value their character's life. If threatened by overwhelming force, you are expected to comply where appropriate rather than acting fearlessly.

9. Group Size Limit

Criminal organisations and civilian groups may consist of a maximum of 5 active participants during any roleplay scenario unless otherwise authorised by Staff.

10. No Intention to Roleplay (NITRP)

Players must actively participate in realistic roleplay. Purposely disrupting roleplay, trolling, or repeatedly ignoring server rules may be considered No Intention to Roleplay.

11. Priorities & Peace Timers

All players must comply with active Priority and Peace Timers. During these periods:

No major criminal roleplays
No organised shootouts
No large-scale pursuits

12. Protected Teams

Protected teams may not be intentionally attacked, kidnapped, robbed, or harmed unless authorised by Staff for an approved roleplay. Protected Teams include:

Fire Department
EMS
Department of Transportation

13. Safe Zones

Violent roleplay is prohibited within the following locations:

Police Station
Sheriff's Office
Fire Station City
Fire Station Springfield
Courthouse
Civilian Spawn City
Civilian Spawn Springfield

14. Avatar Restrictions

Players are required to maintain an appropriate and immersive character appearance at all times. Avatar items that negatively impact the roleplay experience or may be considered inappropriate are prohibited.

Restricted Vehicles

To ensure fair, balanced, and realistic roleplay, certain civilian vehicles are subject to usage restrictions. Please review the categories below before spawning a vehicle.

Staff reserve the right to restrict additional vehicles if they are deemed unrealistic, overpowered, or disruptive to the roleplay environment. Repeated use of restricted vehicles may result in moderation action.

Restricted Weapons

To maintain a balanced, realistic, and enjoyable roleplay experience, certain civilian firearms are subject to restrictions. Please ensure you comply with the categories outlined below.

The following weapons are reserved exclusively for Server Boosters. Players without an active Server Booster role are not permitted to equip or use these weapons.

Staff reserve the right to amend this list at any time to ensure fairness and maintain the quality of roleplay. The use of restricted or unauthorised weapons may result in moderation action.

Restricted Roleplays

To ensure a safe, realistic, and enjoyable roleplay environment, all roleplay scenarios must comply with both Central Sydney Roleplay policies and the Roblox Terms of Use. Any roleplay that violates either policy may result in disciplinary action, including permanent removal from the server.

Prohibited Roleplays

The following roleplay scenarios are strictly prohibited and may not be conducted under any circumstances.

Suicide Roleplay
Terrorist Roleplay
Bomb Roleplay
Animal Roleplay
Sexual, and or NSFW Roleplays
Drug Consumption, Drug Use, or Drug Distribution Roleplay
Alcohol Consumption Roleplay
Any roleplay deemed unrealistic, offensive, or disruptive to the roleplay environment

Staff Approval Required

The following Major Roleplay scenarios require prior approval from an online Staff member through an in-game Moderator Call before they may begin.

Bank Robberies
Hostage Situations
Kidnappings
Large-Scale Gang or Organised Crime Operations
Any other major criminal event deemed significant by Staff

Approval Not Required

The following roleplay scenarios do not require Staff approval, provided they remain realistic and comply with all server policies.

Jewellery Store Robberies
ATM Robberies
Cash Register Robberies
Vehicle Thefts
Store Burglaries

Staff reserve the right to deny, modify, or terminate any roleplay that is considered unrealistic, disruptive, or detrimental to the server's roleplay environment. Failure to obtain approval for a Major Roleplay may result in moderation action.
