Welcome to Central Sydney Roleplay, Sydney's Premier Roleplay Experience. At CSRP, we offer a wide variety of departments, diverse staffing opportunities, and fully developed uniforms and liveries - but that’s just the beginning.
Central Sydney Roleplay was founded on 12 June 2026 and entered development immediately thereafter. During the early development phase, the Board of Directors prioritized the essential operational assets, including banners, liveries, and uniforms. Although these purchases represented a considerable expense, support from community members who volunteered their time and skills enabled the project to secure discounts, donations, and, in some cases, services at no cost.
The Board of Directors consists of highly experienced individuals who have spent years within the ER:LC community, serving in a variety of leadership roles. Their combined knowledge and experience have provided them with a deep understanding of community management, operations, and member engagement. Drawing from lessons learned throughout their leadership journeys, they have worked to ensure that Central Sydney Roleplay improves upon areas where other communities have fallen short, while enhancing the aspects that contribute to a successful and enjoyable roleplay experience.

Departments
At Central Sydney Roleplay, we offer a wide variety of departments for players to join. If you are looking to join a department, you must join the respective Discord server, and find the application channel. You must meet the individual department criteria's to apply.
Departments are managed by Department Oversight Members and the Board of Directors. Concerns regarding the leaders of departments can be forwarded to a ticket via mainland.
New South Wales Police Force
Serves as the primary law enforcement agency within Central Sydney Roleplay, playing a vital role in maintaining law and order across the state. Officers are responsible for responding to emergency calls, investigating criminal activity, enforcing traffic laws, conducting patrol operations, and ensuring the safety of the community. From handling routine incidents and robberies to managing major operations and public events, the NSWPF works to uphold professionalism, integrity, and public trust while providing a realistic and engaging law enforcement experience for all members.
Fire + Rescue NSW
Serves as the primary fire and rescue agency within Central Sydney Roleplay, dedicated to protecting lives, property, and the environment. Firefighters respond to a wide range of incidents, including structure fires, vehicle fires, hazardous material emergencies, rescue operations, and other emergency situations. Through rapid response, teamwork, and professional training, Fire + Rescue NSW plays a critical role in ensuring public safety while providing a realistic and engaging firefighting experience for all members of the community.
New South Wales Ambulance Service
Serves as the primary emergency healthcare provider within Central Sydney Roleplay, delivering rapid medical assistance to those in need. Paramedics are responsible for responding to a wide range of emergencies, including heart attacks, vehicle collisions, serious injuries, medical emergencies, and other critical incidents. Through professional patient care, effective communication, and quick response times, the NSW Ambulance Service plays a crucial role in protecting the health and wellbeing of the community while providing a realistic and immersive emergency medical services experience.
